Just want to thank Jacqui Terre Blanche for excellent treatment of our Lego after he was attacked by a pitbull. It transpires that Jacqui was at OP with our daughter Helen McLean now living in Australia! I shared our experience with Helen who says Jacqui is just wonderful ❤️❤️

I must say this is the best place to take your sick dog/cat child too unfortunately the last week I took my dog in they put him on a drip and did blood tests it came back and the worst news possible he had cancer and had to be put down but I must say the care that was given to the dog and to us as the parents were second to none they kept updating with information and calming us the treated our dog with the utmost respect the place was clean and were helped instantly its like they knew we were coming and were ready for us I want to thank this vet immensely although it was a extremely traumatic experience it brings me a lil sense of reassurance knowing he had the best care and every possible outcome outcome was looked at to improve he’s condition I cannot thank the doctor and the staff enough thank you so so much

Excellent staff, compassionate to both humans and their pets. Even when busy they remain calm and friendly. Thank you for treating our cat so well so she made a speedy recovery.

We took our cat who was involved in a freak accident and got thrown out of the window by a terrible cross wind from the 4th Floor. Upon arrival the Vet was incredibly judgmental towards my daughter implying incompetence. They then proceeded to tell us that she would be kept overnight. When my daughter arrived the following day they indicated that our cat was aggressive and impossible and as a result did not make a good hospital candidate" so we would need to take her home and hope for the best but that she would probably not make it. This may be just another animal to them but she is our family. Over and above the fall she had terrible bruises from a drip which she apparently tore out. She was kept in a steel cage with no blanket

My pup is currently being treated for parvo at the Belmont vet. The level of care, professionalism and empathy that we have experienced from the vets, nurses and receptionists has blown me away. I really feel like he is in good hands. Can highly recommend.

The staff were absolutely amazing, from the 1st person to answer my frantic call after hours on a Sunday, to the receptionist on arrival, those that assisted and the doctor herself. They were all informative, assisting, caring and compassionate during the difficult decision having to be made. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

It is always a good experience being helped at Belmont. Dr Pardon did a fantastic job at helping us with our sick cat on a Sunday. He was very thorough and went to a lot of effort to help our kitty. Very impressed and thankful.
