Bob the Plumber

I had a leak under my sink, with in an hour of noticing the leak Bob the plumber had fixed it! They were super kind and understand and fitted me in so quickly! All the staff I met or spoke to were super professional, thoughtful, efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I would totally recommend this company and would 100% use them again!

They are so efficient, fast and good value for money. I own 2 old properties which normally have a lot of plumbing issues, and I really enjoy working with Bob and his team. Keep up the good work!

We have used Bob the Plumber’s services a number of times. Each time we had an urgent situation to do with the plumbing in our home and our outdoor area. Whenever we called Bob the Plumber a team was sent to us promptly. They assessed the situations, found solutions fast and worked on the jobs seamlessly and unobtrusively (so I could continue with my work without any interruptions). They completed each job perfectly and we have never had any further problems with any of the systems that were repaired or replaced. They cleaned up thoroughly after each job, leaving us with no extra work.The administrative side of their business is efficient and willing to assist in every way possible. There have been a number of times when they have gone above and beyond what would be expected of a plumbing service. We are very happy to have found a plumber that has never let us down especially after using the services of a few other plumbers that proved unreliable and unprofessional.

I have made us of Bob and his team’s plumbing services for years! They go over and above. I personally think they are the most skilled at what they do, eg. they use cameras to detect issues and Bob’s guys have been on the team for many years. Bob has personally responded to so many of my queries over the phone, even after hours and he has the fastest service! At times his team has responded within the hour! The only drawback is that I can’t use him at our other properties outside the city! Hopefully in future!

On a dark & icy Monday afternoon, my tenants alerted me to their rapidly disappearing hot water. Bob’s team were here in less than 20minutes, made a swift diagnosis and headed off to buy the part. My tenants (& me) are delighted with such speedy service. No need for cold water immersion this week. Thanks to Bob and team

!!! THE BEST PLUMBER IN CAPE TOWN !!!I have taken my time to write this review, because it was important to convey just how great Bob and his Team are. But words are cheap and experience is expensive. Bob's Team installed a new Kwikot geyser for me, it remains the cleanest most efficient plumbing installation I have ever witnessed. 20 months later, due to no fault on Bob's Team's side the geyser failed. I mailed the supplier and they tried to push the responsibility back on Bob. From that point all it took was one email to Bob and one week later Kwikot, now ElectroLux SA, came out and replaced the faulty geyser free of charge. The fact that Bob was willing to put more effort into a deal that had transacted more than 20 months prior, that he followed up relentlessly and fought for me, his customer, that's the proof in the pudding! Bob cares about his work and takes pride in executing a profession service and he backs it up long after the deal has gone through, what more can you ask for as a customer.
