Gigabytes Production

Hired Gigabytes Production for my wedding in December 2021 and the event seemed like a success. Their service at the wedding was great and I paid the full price a few days later and that’s where everything just went wrong.Today is the 7 of July 2022 and all I have received so far was poorly edited digital photos which I had asked for them to fix 5 months ago. Most recently on the 27th of June they sent a link with a video of the ceremony and nothing else.At the moment they are just ignoring my messages, without a care in the world that these are my wedding memories they keeping away from me.I really don’t know what’s the best way forward now.I would definitely not recommend going with them at all or perhaps take precautions before you pay them.
