Stay away from this place. Purchased leather shoes" about 2 months before hard lockdown in 2020. A few days before lockdown the shoes tore open and i spoke to a gentleman who said they will have to order my size to replace it. Did not hear back from them (2 months before lockdown). Then lockdown came and I could not do anything about it. I contacted them when lockdown was lifted and the gentleman was once again looking for my size.... Its been nearly a year and I have not heard back from him. When I contacted him he would ignore my messages."

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also patient with indecisive customers like myself. Zikhona helped me very well.The store has an amazing array of footwear brands and styles for men, women and children. Prices are competitive and they also have an online service with free delivery for purchases over R500. Sometimes it is better to try the shoes on though.

Sorry to say I will not purchase from this store. They wanted the 4-digit numbers on the back of my debit card. No other shop has ever requested this. It's like giving your PIN! It is a Debit card and same as cash! They insisted and I left without purchasing any shoes. You have just lost a great customer and sales. I do not have online purchasing because I've had fraudulent experiences before. Banks warn us of the danger of handing out this number. . Please note that no other shop has ever asked their customers for this!In September I bought a pair of tekkies, got home and saw the soles of the shoes are dirty with grass stuck between the grooves. These were the last pair, salesperson not helpful or interested in assisting me.
