Hi All. Called QEC for spare prices 2 hours before closure on a Saturday(15/02/2020). Salesman at spares said he will call back with items i needed. Called by an hour before closure, same guy(not sure on name) acknowledged he took my call earlier and arrogantly said that he is busy, i must wait for him to call me. Called before closure, lady put me through but spares did not answer. Terrible customer service. Its people like this that reduces company profits. Anyways, if the owner is not in the game of making money, he/she wont address his employees below. Well not my business, at least give Customers Feedback. If the Salesman can't cope, he should not be there, clear he cant handle pressure.
