I chose Aerospeed because I urgently needed the fastest delivery possible and they seem to be one of very few who do that.They do not answer their phone, so I sent an email as instructed by the voicemail. Shanston responded to my email and let me know delivery would only be possible 3 days after the required date. I made special arrangements since there was no other option. From the outset I REPEATEDLY stated the urgency. They claim to be a business that works with urgent requests. Shanston sent me their banking details as I requested but NEVER provided an invoice. How can I pay when I don't know the charge?? She did not respond to my email asking for the price, I sent that at about 1pm in the afternoon. So now the document can only be collected on Monday, let alone delivered on Monday. How do I begin to ask for an extension on Monday when Monday already is an extension for submission??You claim to do be a speedy courier service but you don't answer the phone, forcing customers to make urgent requests via email, expecting payment and no longer responding yet no invoice is provided. I'm incredibly disappointed, I would have paid whatever price, I just urgently needed that document to be collected and delivered.Terrible service and I didn't even technically use it yet.

Fantastic service with a real customer orientation. I contacted Aerospeed after hours re an urgent parcel and Mike was so helpful and responsive. He even followed up with me early the next morning, a refreshing experience compared to me usually having to chase quotes. I will definitely be using Aerospeed again.
