Has this company closed down? I'm asking because after taking two cellphones in in January 2020 I have had ZERO feedback from my emails sent to them (dealt with a Pamela). I've called them at all hours since January- no answer even before COVID, and have even tried calling their Umtata/Kingwilliams town office too. Absolutely shocking service.

I took our microwave oven in, still under warranty, and was amazed when they phoned, before I got home, to tell me that the oven was repaired and ready for collection. Such service is very rare these days.

Staff is friendly but extremely dissatisfied with how long I've had to wait for my cellphone screen. It was very expensive, and i was told it would arrive after 3 days but it has been over 3 weeks and i still haven't received a call notifying me that the screen has arrived and my phone has been repaired. I now wish i had taken it somewhere else

Helo all I got my note 5 fixed after the phone was fixed it did not even last a day before the screen stopped working. Took the phone back they wanted to charge me R2.5k again I was not going to pay again had to wait in the shop for over 1hr to get my broken phone back.

Excellent service from technician Clayton. On the ball and went out of his way to fix my sons samsung tablet. Service like this is very rare these days. On the downside, the reception staff lack people skills. Not very friendly and welcoming.

The service was good enough-that includes the technicians work although the ladies in the front sometimes gives weird advice...probably somewhat opposite of what the technician will tell you!.If in doubt talk to the technician himself...if you can get to him...sometimes that is another story altogether...but that sort of thing happens in a lot of businesses these days to my experience...i don't know why that is?
