Wat n fantastiese span!! Joanie, Elma, Ruan, Tokkie....Elsa...en al die ander personeel, dankie dat julle altyd julle bes probeer om julle pasiënte te akkommodeer, of dit n noodgeval is of n roetine-ondersoek, julle pasiënte kom altyd eerste!!! Julle is awesome!!! Beste praktyk in die Vaal!!!

Excellent dentist, treated my son kindly. But unfortunately pathetic customer service. I was 15 minutes late, due to having to rely on a lift to get there and was I told to reschedule for another day as the dentist couldn't see me anymore, seriously it's only 15 minutes, technically 5 as I had to wait 10 to be seen to by the receptionist. Oh, but when I was there the week before it was OK for me to wait half an hour past my appointment time to be seen.
