Jacques is highly professional and provided clarity around the process during a distressing time for us, which is more than we can say for other well-known providers out there. We live in the U.K. and Jaques was available, communicative, and efficient in getting the body released from the mortuary and obtaining the death certificate in a very short timeframe even under Covid-19 lockdown restrictions. Really cannot thank Jacques enough, he provided reassurance during a time when we had no clue what to do or how to do it, during a globally and individually very difficult time. I would recommend their service to anyone!
