I am giving eKomi a 3 star review. I hope to change this to a 5 star review within the next 2 months. I was so excited when we signed up as I thought having a review company would inspire confidence in our site. However, the after sales service was poor. I complained and they took a while to respond. They have finally come to the table and thanks to their Sales Manager Stanley Harry we have started actually getting the services that we paid for. It is a well known fact that if you get the service that you were sold then you will not complain because, hey! Its working and the payment is forgotten. Stanley personally followed up with me to ensure that I understand what the offering is and that I know what it can do for us and our company. I have had the kind of attention and service that I was expecting for the last 9 months in one month! Between Stanley, Kenny G. and Marius I can say that they do understand their jobs and have the technical expertise to troubleshoot the problems that we had accumulated due to not having received any help for the last 9 months. Please continue on this path and you will definitely be at the top of my list of review companies. An invaluable service and its the service that counts.

Great service

Unethical behaviour, be warned!!We signed up in October 2021 for a 12 month period. End of September 2022 we gave them notice we want to cancel our membership. Now they want to extend our contract for another 12 months in spite of the fact that we gave them a months notice and fulfilled our 12 month contract.We find this totally unacceptable and unfair. Please don't make the same mistake by agreeing to make use of their services!!

Very professional company with great service. The virtual foot traffic has rapidly increased which indicates growth in our business. The reviews from my clients have certainly had a positve impact. Thank you.

eKomi this is my message to you. Start treating your staff with respect. Respect SA labour laws!! Respect is earned. Your reviews are terrible on Trust Pilot. People should be aware of what your company is like

This company only cares about money. They explain a system that sounds great at first. When you cancel after it doesn't work for you they try and keep you to a 12 month contract. Don't sign anything and don't give them your card details. They keep on debiting my account after I gave a full 30days cancellation notice. Please review them on other sites and not the ones they give you. Please visit trustpilot for their reviews.

Excellent service!

Not worth it!!! We had the exact same issue as BrainPlay. we talked to Dez, who promised to follow up after with us before the 12 months went by to ask if we wanted to continue, but she never followed up. we gave notice after the 12 month period and now we are informed we have to stay another year. Don't waste your money... invest in google reviews and google ads. Much more effective and trustworthy than Ekomi and their people who try and catch you in a sales scam.
