I am sharing on behalf of my 70-year old sister. She went to Pudo Sasol Meyerton this morning. When she phoned to enquire, the person told her that she could pay cash. However, when she arrived at Pudo Sasol Meyerton, the assistant said that she must do the following in order to send a parcel: Open a Pudo account; Download the App; AND TAKE NOTE: Provide her bank details and pin number; Provide her bank user code. I suggested that she rather send the parcel using PEP. Shame on you for trying to exploit senior citizens.

Fast service with low low prices. Super impressed. Very convenient that your can drop off your parcel after hours and that the receiver can also collect out side of office hours. You have 48 hours to deposit, which is great but only 24 hours to collect which is a little short, I would say it needs to be switched around as you don't know when the parcel will arrive.Super convenient, pay and book online, enter pin code at locker, door jumps open, you deposit parcel and close the door and whala your done. Highly recommend this service especially if you need to send something inexpensive and can't afford to pay R120 extra just on postage.
