Very unprofessional with no regard for the POPIA act.Zeza got my number from a Whatsapp ward group and sent me marketing material without my consent. Goodness knows how many other people on the ward group she also messaged.When I confronted her about it she lied and said she got my number from a previous show house listing, even though I never attended one in my life.

Shocking service. Agent does not have the courtesy to return my call or numerous emails. Receptionist laughed at me when I complained about their Agent not getting back to me.

Good Day As I have expressed my concerns to Fanie & Tyran it seems as if we are not valued as new potential clients. We have been given a run around from your offices since Wednesday including from Pereen. I find her emails rude and no one taking this seriously. For a service industry the services received are quiet shocking!!!!!!!! We were assured that we would get the invoice for the deposit today and find out oh no we close at 3pm today" and nothing has been sent! Surprise surprise! When my sister and I had to pay R200 for a credit check?? No one wanted for their money. The fact that no-one gets back to us and we continuously have to call and follow up to find out what is happening? This is not on. I want our money back as this is theft!!!! You can take your unit and keep it seeing it has been standing open for 2 months I wonder who the actual problem is here? The landlord or the rental agent? Well I guess we have our answer Remax Superiors"
