PWV Insurance Brokers

If i could give them 0 stars, i would. This broker does not fight for their clients when theres a claim, but rather fight in favor of the insurance company. Claim process is very slow and they need constant check up, they make you settle for much less than insured. I def would not recommend them.

PWV brokers give exceptional service and am so grateful for this as they took over and addressed all professionally ....they are definitely a 'go-to' team THANK YOU !Without prejudice---Wow-what a challenge we faced  following the sudden 11th-hour cancellation with feeble 'discovery' by AG --that there was an oversight on their side and canceling with a 30day notice received14 Dec"  over a festive season when all comes to a standstill...There was a minor claim and it took endless hours to arrange all via 3rd parties appointed by AG including their 'assessor'They are a disgrace---Honestly

Lizette Vermeulen at Broker Solutions Group is always so helpful - responds to emails promptly and is always friendly! she assisted me with 2 claims the last 6 months and she made the process so easy. Windscreen claim was submitted and received a call the same day to arrange for replacement - no fuss whatsoever! Thanks Lizette you are a star!!
