The operating hours of this gym are extremely convenient especially if you have to gym before or after work. The sessions are interesting and never the same. Fantastic concept!

I LOVE GOING TO F45. This exercise routine is the best I’ve ever tried. I try to visit the studio for a session at least 5 times a week! The loud music gets you pumped to train hard!! Really recommend this F45 studio to all people! Worth every second!!

I absolutely have been looking for a fit family" for a while... I recently joined F45 again after taking a break... I was welcomed with high 5's and felt like I was home again. A special thanks to Erin and Mauritz and Chris and Walter and Kaketso for really making coming back awesome... Mauritz always helps me if he sees I have an injury or am struggling with something he takes the time to show and assist all the time. Mauritz is an asset for F45. Thank you to the whole team!!! We stay in the apartment complex across the road, IQ Thistle Creek, we would appreciate it if you could lower the loud noisr you are making, starting at 5h in the morning and us coming home to a noise everyday is not pleasant, please keep the noise down or just close the doors, it is very inconsiderate of the people staying around your gym
