Razzmatazz Parlour

I'm very disappointed, my puppy has been there a number of times, we have started noticing after he goes to them, his very upset and traumatized, I am not sure what happened, but we won't be going back, when he goes to another grommer his very happy after, I am very unhappy that my puppy had a traumatic experience here and cries after, he hides under the car seat, as if his afraid.

She always has the pets best interests at heart. She will always ensure that the dogs are checked and anything untoward picked up, she will bring it to your attention. Never go anywhere else!

Jane does her best to keep cutomers happy. My dogs have gone to her since birth (more than 10 yrs now), and we couldn't be happier with how good the service is.

She is extremely unfriendly for a pet groomer. You would expect someone who deals with our pets (our babies) to be kind and loving towards them. But no compassion was shown towards my pet. Would not recommend her services.

Guy who answers the phone can't talk properly mumbles to himself, managed to secure a booking for Friday morning but only to find out they don't groom APBT. Complete waste of time

I have been using Razzmatazz Parlour for many years now. No matter where I move, regardless of distance, I will continue to use this parlour. They treat my pet like gold and my pets are not fearful of going there, in fact they actually love it. If you want peace of mind, you can entrust your pet with them. Awesome service, thank you!

Not my preferred parlour. Was desperate to get my pekingese shaved. They said I'll wait a while for him (I assumed it would be about an hour or two) my pup was locked-up for 5.5 hours. In my opinion they could've at the least said that it would be that long or try calculate hom much work they have so I could bring my pup in an hour or so before. I think locking a pup in a cage for this long is cruel. They also nicked his bum in shaving, and was bleeding a lot (they did not tell us it was nicked).Although they are very busy, they should rather deny clients if there isn't time. Average pricing. below average grooming (didn't even smell clean), and average service.

I do not think the treatment towards the pets are good. I once parked in front of the parlor and just so happened to see the lady who collects the dogs in the van yank on a leash of a big breed dog and it got choked with the collar. It was really disappointing to see and made me wonder how many other dogs go through that. Very disappointing to have seen that. I no longer take my own dogs to groomers because of such.

Jane took amazing care of my standard poodle! He looks adorable and she made sure his special poodle needs were taken care of. Her knowledge about dog behavior also helped a lot to keep my poodle calm and in control. Thank you! ✨

The groomer named Jane at Razzmatazz Halfway Gardens is absolutely rude. We walked in to get our puppy's nails trimmed and she started talking about stuff that was not related .We have 2 boxers and know how to look after them . The way she spoke was as if we where hurting my dog and also I would like to add that this woman has racist qualities as if Indians cant look after pets . I am absolutely disgusted with this womans behavior . She wouldn't even give you a chance to speak . This after telling her my puppy has got his first shots . Sad to see a business that has this type of behavior in the grooming department. You have lost a client and will lose more due to your poor behavior. As a grooming person you need skills both for clients and pets. The swear words in my mouth are been held . Trust me...
