I have never been to the shop! But I will give them five stars because I have been ordering from them online for ages, even when I lived in Cape Town! Once there was a small delay, as we had to wait on suppliers to deliver, but otherwise things just go smoothly. Why the five stars though? Because today there is a huge thunderstorm and my parcel arrived of watercolour paper. Normally a person might panic, as you ran through the rain from the gate to the front door, feeling your precious parcel getting drenched, slowly. But on opening I found all my items safe inside a giant plastic envelope. Well played Art Attack. Well played!

Very very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I had to personally follow up my order more than three times. After being told they offer 24hour delivery, which I was very happy about, proved to be a an absolute lie. Informing your clients of when they can expect delivery should be a standard.

Shipping and delivery was within their turnaround times. I just wish you could have advised me that you will be substituting products instead of what I ordered. You have all my contact details available to you. Art attack did substitute like-for-like (well sort of) but to be honest I was a little annoyed. I wont be ordering again in a hurry.

Alicia and Precious are the bomb.com. They know they're stuff, Alicia especially, and exceeded my expectations with they're great customer service. I also like that as an artist I know I can go to this store in the future for pretty much all of my stock and materials. Keep up the great work ladies!
