Lizandie Johns was our estate agent and helped us get an amazing place that was also within our budget. She was very helpful and willing to answer all my questions.

Very unprofessional service from them. We had booked a appointment today 27/10/2022 with Angela at 17:00. When we phoned Marelize she advised us booking has been cancelled. The unprofessional service has to be the worst we have ever experienced as we were already standing infront of the advertised property. Please stay far far away from using Synium property group

Stay far away from synium. They find all ways possible to not give you your deposit back after renting and keeping the place in good condition. Not advisable to use & the agents attitude it horrendous.

Unprofessional, poor communication. Disorganized.

Quite annoyed with Synium Property Group as I had an eye on a property that went on show.I reacted to the mail 5 hours after it went up [2022-09-22] and proceeded to use the Contact Me Button" but no one ever did.I later followed up with trying to phone the agent herself but we had issues due to loadshedding messing up the signal towers. Understandably she said I should use the same number I phoned her on to WhatsApp and ask for details that way. I did so on the 23rd. Never got any response.I sent another "Contact Me Button" recently (I think on the 27th but didn't capture that date on my side that time)I phoned again yesterday [2022-09-29] and someone else answered that then took my details and stated they will get the Agent to phone me back.Today [2022-09-30] I phoned the Agent again and got the news that a yes - no swing decision was finally met with a yes where all I wanted to do was view the property and then make my decision on the spot.I was really looking forward to this property and simply needed a visual confirmation on where it was
