Your driver that was driving the truck with license plate 993L today just litters their rubbish out the window while stopped at a traffic light in Montague Gardens. I'm sure you wouldn't allow this behavior in your offices so why litter our country?

These types of trucks should not be allowed to idle next to a residential building while stock is off-loaded. The noise is very loud and disturbing. At least get a policy in place to strive for offloading in less than 15 minutes.
