Mr Price Tyger Valley

I was in search of a staff member who could assist with finding the item I really needed. It took 20min for someone to actually assist and she was not even friendly. She dragged her feet to the isle as I followed her and all she did was point at item and walked away, completely annoyed that she had to help me. I took the dress and made my way to the counter to pay... and guess what... there was no one there to help me. By this time I was done. So I left everything and walked away. Like what the actual.

I was at Mr Price Tygervalley Saturday 10 July. We waited in the queue for almost ten minutes. Behind us were twelve other customers. Only one person was working at the cash register, but there were no less than seven employees standing behind the counter milling about. Nobody explained to us what was going on and why there was such a delay. So many staff but none of them assisting customers. When I asked the manager, who was also standing there, (I believe his name is Derrick) what was going on he very rudely starting talking at me making nonsense excuses. This is the second time this has happened at the same branch. I am highly disappointed, as I am a big supporter of Mr Price. The behavior of the manager was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. I have never been treated like this in a store in my life. There were people behind us who actually put down the clothes they wanted to purchase and left. I don't even want to give a one star rating. Zero stars. Mr Price Clothing Tygervalley actually deserves zero stars for bad customer service. This manager needs to be taken to task. I am posting this review on as many platforms as I can. Absolutely shocking.

Mr Price Tygervalley actually deserves zero stars. Really poor, pathetic service.

Where to start. I ordered online and had to wait 20min(!!!) in a queue to collect an order I'd already paid for. Yes they had closed one counter but staff were under pressure and management clearly wasn't bothered and never showed up when I asked for one. What is the point of buying online and then having to wait 20 min? Won't be shopping with Mr Price again. Stay away.

Located inside the Tygervalley Shopping centre close to the Woolworths entrance. Good shop layout. All the Mr Price favourites in one space. Friendly and helpful service from the staff.

Had a terrible experience at this store, firstly I love Mr price usually the staff is friendly and very helpful, my mom, sister and I went into this one to buy somethings got to the register and got nothing but attitude from the cashier and the manager once he was called in to fix a pricing error on their side. My mom walks with a crutch and to stand their for a long time while they spoke and acted like she was inconveniencing them.

Always have a great shopping experience at MRP Tygervalley. Staff are friendly and helpful. Keep it up!

Decent store, not the best Mr P store around but also not the worst. The shop had a recent revamp (not mad on it personally) and staff and services are fair. There can sometimes be very long queues - especially on weekends/public holidays - but otherwise it's quite quick to shop in.In my experience, they are very quick by the online collections section, which is nice.
