Have purchased from them before, and recently also purchased an AV Receiver. The order was promptly received. On receipt, I found that the FM and AM antennas were missing from the box. Notified them and received the missing components a couple of days later. No hassles. Great service and great to deal with a company that keeps you updated via WhatsApp on the status of your order. Easy to deal with Sound Experience, transaction was hassle free.The Monitor Audio monitor 50s make nice rear and effect speakers. I was naturally Curious to try out Monitor Audios entry level product having owned everything from the bronze to the gold series.The Monitor 50 might disappoint those who want them for stereo listening as when things get complex they lose detail, the violen in REMs Drive almost disappears when things get busy but it maintains its detail on less complex tracks. These would make great rears or effects speakers on a budget.

I recently ordered online and I’m having issues with the product.After trying to to log a return on their site the order doesn’t show up under my account, and even after sending multiple follow up emails I’m still not assisted with the return.Really not happy. At least it was a “cheap” order, but I can’t see myself doing business with them again if this is the treatment I get after doing all the follow up work myself.

I found Sound X Perience online and chose them due to multiple factors. The first was that I called and they answered immediately with a professional person who confirmed the questions I had. I made the purchase online which promised 3-5 days for delivery to major centers. As my amplifier had packed up and everything is hooked to it I was looking for a quick replacement. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and received my purchase on Wednesday morning. I am super happy with the experience of buying this product online and with the excellent service I received from Sound X Perience and would recommend them for all professional home audio requirements. I almost forgot to mention that I also searched the web for better pricing and found them to have the best advertised price for the unit I purchased. All round it was a great experience. Thank you.
