Quick and efficient service. Staff could have been a little friendlier when we dropped our appliance off for repairs, as the seemed uninterested in our additional questions regarding buying extras. However, when we collected our fixed appliance different staff made up for it by helping us with what we were looking for.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They take your money, and then don't bother replying to emails / phone calls/ voicemails etc when you try to follow up. They are thieves. I have tried for over a week trying to get a response from them. Appalling!! :(

I had awesome service from a wonderful lady called Eurania. She was not only efficient but also really friendly with a professional customer service ethic. The company's comms infrastructure is not exactly out of the top drawer but strengths in people like Eurania make up for the weakness.

Bad Customer service! This seems to be the norm looking at the reviews. I waited 2 weeks for a simple price and availability, and after 2 follow up emails I got told the parts have been discontinued. Management should take this trend of bad customer service feedback seriously. I'm not sure what your problems are there, but it needs desperate attention!

I'm actually disgusted on the level of professionalism they have .. I bought a iron at OK FOODS IT WENT OFF(ELECTRICAL PROBLEM) I HAVE NO SLIP HENCE THEY SAID THEY WILL PULL IT FOR ME ..IT WAS BURNED ON ABIT THEY TYPED OUT A MAIL SAYING (HOW I SHOULD USE A IRON)I WAS SO ANGRY BECAUSE I SPOKE TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE.. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM .. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY N IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING THEY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IT BACK !!!!

Been trying to get hold of anyone there to find out availability of spares, however no one answers the phone EVER. Seems to been a common issue with this company for a few years now. At least I know which brand to never purchase again. Will inform my friends and extended family as well to stay away .

The most pathetic.. Ineffient business I have ever dealt with!!! How the hell are these people still in business... Don't answer calls..EVER!... Waiting over a Year for a Hoover part .GUYS.....do not buy products that need these people for backup!..... They are USELESS!!!!!.... You would think the person in charge of this operation would read these reviews.... No... I guess not..... They don't give a toss

Worst service experience of my life!In March I phoned their branch in Ndabeni. I phoned about 8 times over 3 days and left several messages, but no one got back to me.Eventually I mail them to ask someone to phone me and they tell me they can't get parts for my machine. Fair enough, no parts is not your fault.I then decided to take it for an assessment anyway, since I had it assessed by another vendor and wanted your company's professional opinion of the problem.Camlene (Consumer Service Administrator)sent me a mail stating their hours are Monday to Friday and 8am to 12:00pm Saturdays"

This is by far the WORST company in South Africa. DO NOT buy any products associated to them. Their service is terrible, their spares department even worse. I have never experienced anything as bad as their service.
