She is fantastic! Heera did my bridal hair & make-up and also my mum's. We were very happy with her services. She arrived on time, was professional, kind and listened to our ideas. I had a trial prior to my wedding day and It was great. I am glad I trusted Heera with the style of my makeup, I was in the best hands. My makeup lasted the whole day. Thank you so much!

We had an excellent experience with Heera for my sisters wedding. The bride herself as well as her relatives could not fault any of the makeup and hairstyles for the multiple events and it all stayed put even after we came home. Heera was always on time and did everything with perfection, no matter what we asked for. Her time management was excellent, making sure we were not stressed at all for time, all while developing an amazing relationship with us all. We would highly highly recommend Heera and will be using her services in the future for sure.

I am quite surprised that her reviews are all 5/5. Heera will probably do an awesome job if she has another pair of hands and extra 24 hours to her day!She did my bridal hair and make up and she had another appointment the same day so she completely rushed my makeup, hair and saree draping. It is so heart breaking to see my wedding pics now. The hair bun in the front is not even , one side is popping out more than the other and my eyelashes in one eye wasn’t fixed correctly - it makes my eye look squinted in most of the close up shots. There is not a single person who saw our wedding pics didn’t question it. And the worst one was her saree draping. My friends had to tie my saree again in the hall after she left and everyone noticed Heera’s attitude and her rush to get to the other appointment. It caused a lot of stress for me on my big day. We luckily hosted our reception party in India and I managed to have some beautiful pics from there. Photographers and makeup artists who did an awesome job at my reception were also really surprised with the quality of her work when I showed them my pictures.I DO NOT recommend her for bridal makeup /hairdo/ saree draping. This is the first time ever I am being this harsh with my review but unfortunately it costed me my wedding look so I had to express so that no one else has to go through this again. Even if you book her, please make sure 100% that she has dedicated the day just for your big day and doesn’t have any back to back appointments.And look at her reply below - Such a shame that you cannot even take a negative feedback gracefully. Very childish! I have no interest in bringing you or your business down. I just want the truth to be told and it’s been a long waited review as the wedding actually happened almost 2 years ago. It’s really okay to have a negative review for any business and it’s not going to cost you anything to apologise or understand where things might have gone wrong. Instead, you go on a denial mode! Most of the points you mentioned is something I completely agree too. Heera is really talented, passionate and no questions about the quality of her products she uses. Even in my feedback, I said my concern was to not book her if she has multiple bookings the same day. Her work on my trial make up was absolutely stunning but I was absolutely annoyed with her work and her attitude on my wedding day coz she had an appointment right after mine.I have nothing against her personally. I got my wedding pics and videos after a year myself and was highly disappointed which is why I decided to post a review like this!

Heera is an absolute rock star. My partner and I had a contemporary Western/Indian wedding. In the lead up I had a few trials with Heera to figure out the make-up and hair looks for all the events. Heera gave me lots of time to talk through the options and it meant on the day I could just tune out and breathe.Heera and her team also helped dress us in our formal Indian wear. My wedding lehenga was so elaborate it took three people on her team to assemble, but they did it so quickly and so beautifully.The make-up and hair at each event was so, so beautiful and lasted all night even through all the dancing and the pools of happy tears. The compliments were non-stop. I looked like a princess on my Mehndi night and like an absolute queen on my wedding. I’m so grateful to Heera, and her team for looking after me in the lead up and on the day.

Heera was exceptionally amazing and professional with her craft in make up and hair.She made me feel very comfortable and the make up never felt heavy and cakey my skin it felt light and looked breathtaking. Loved how she transformed my look tailoring to my expectations she ensured to match every detail that I wanted.She was very patient and understanding about what I was looking for my traditional engagement , perfectly matched the colours for my lips and eye shadow with my jewellery and lehenga saree. All my friends and family loved the make up and they all wanted to go to her for their next / upcoming events.The make up looked flawless, stayed on fresh for long hours and the way it stayed on is very much visible in the photos and videos!Her quality with the products were great as they never caused any breakouts and acne. Without a doubt I will highly recommend her skills and perfection! Absolutely my favourite , reliable and trust worthy MUAH in Sydney! ❤️❤️

Heera is amazing and really understands the needs of brown / African women which is SO refreshing. Have not met a make up / hair artist as talented as her before and was so grateful to have her styling me and my loved ones on my special day. Heera is seriously one of the most talented, compassionate and professional makeup artists in the business and her work is perfection! We had booked Heera in for a mobile bridal hair and makeup session earlier in March (South Indian Traditional Bridal) for myself, my mum and the bride and the three of us had an amazing experience. Heera’s consideration and care for us made the booking process so swift and we cannot thank her enough for ensuring we secured our date with her.Heera is wonderful at communicating and organising with her costumers, which is a true testament to her utmost dedication she puts into all of her work. She arrived early to set up (around 4:40 am) and made us feel so comfortable during the whole hair and makeup glam process before the wedding. It was so lovely meeting her and speaking with her throughout the morning – we all felt at ease and enjoyed the whole glam process! My mum and the bride were extremely pleased and happy with how they both looked and how wonderful Heera was during the entirety of our session (especially considering that this was both of their first professional hair and makeup sessions in a long time!)Also, she nailed the looks we were all after, based off our inspo photos and her ability to create an even better version of what we had envisioned made it all the better. The hair and makeup looked absolutely flawless and literally lasted all day!All in all, we are super lucky to have had Heera provide us with her phenomenal hair and makeup services! She is truly such a delight, and her professionalism is absolutely unmatched. We greatly appreciate everything that she has done for us, she is an exceptional individual through and through.
