We offloaded there today. We arrived at 12 we only left there now (16:07) They counted the load wrong and made us wait outside the gate for hours. It is the dirtiest place weever loaded or offloaded. Half of the yard is used for truck repairs. It smell and the flies is everywhere!

The customer service lady is very rude and very unpleasant. I believe she is your salesperson and ambassador. As a potential client , its very annoying when you ask for clarity , she makes sighs . Im not impressed at all

In November 2019 we ordered meat from Pedro. Firstly the meat arrived atleast five days late. We then had to dispose of more than 70kg of meat as it was off. After numerous calls, messages and emails we have received promise after promise from Pedro that the meat will be refunded and today marks a waiting period of more than two months with no refund. Really bad service and bad quality meat. Our meat of 12 tons p/month will surely move to a different supplier.

Very much interested in your product but the lady who answered the phone was rude and unpleasant she even dropped the phone while I was asking for price list and the process of getting your product I am not happy with her at all olifantsfontein branch poor service from her treating a potential new customer hope u do better in the future u will be loosing so much business because of her thanks
