Absolutely no care from the referred therapist (whom we consulted to do a educational assessment on a teenager).Update: Subsequent to my review (2-months ago) things made a huge turnaround - thank you to the Practice Manager (Megan Main-Baillie) who reached out to me. From Megan's initial contact, I had high hopes that I would be heard. When Megan approached me, she had already done her internal investigation (turned out the crux of the issue was a huge admin error from start) which was a huge relief meaning I would not spend my time reciting the details of what happened. Megan was empathic, very apologetic and most importantly - offered more than one solution to remedy the situation. I was offered a refund, and referred to the relevant expert (Megan Hanekom) to have my sister's assessments re-done. We were introduced to Megan Hanekom and since then the experience my sister and our family received was world-class. She built an admirable rapport with my sister and the outcome/s of the consultations were above and beyond our expectations. The manager also did several check-ins throughout the past couple months. Thank you so much ladies - I am truly astounded at how you turned this around. I have so much respect for you and what you do. So many business leaders could learn from you. Eternally grateful, I cannot thank you enough.
