Great electrical store with adjoining lighting showroom. Lsrge service counter with many knowledgeable sales people on hand. They have everything electrical and then some. The showroom is also well stocked. Great place for any and all electrical needs.

You cant really complain about this place because there is no service. I ordered a light from this place, they told me it will be ready by 15:00 at the latest on a Friday. Go there to pick it up, oh no sorry Sir not here, come back tomorrow, the next day I wait all day for them to contact me to tell me that it is there. No response. This is what they think of a R5000 sale.

So disappointed in this store. First time my husband and I visited the showroom and I we walked around for 20 minutes, no-one helped or offered assistance. Everyone just looked at us.Today again, asked for Lana, whom saw me standing by her checkout counter. She didnt even ask how she could help, just walked away in a hurry. When I asked for her, I was told to wait, she will be back shortly. We waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave. Will never recommend this store to anyone. Customer service is definitely not a priority to them. Won't recommend them to anyone. Will spend our 15k elsewhere.

Was helped by Cindy Arendse, absolutely terrible service, skills and attitude. I asked how long it was going to take for my order - after she provided wrong products that I needed to exchange - and she told me I'm impatient, rude and gave her the wrong information. Terrible customer service! She has absolutely no people skills !!The guy who brought my order apologised profusely and was sincerely willing to help.

Poor customer service. I bought lights for a client before the lockdown. Phoned them yesterday to find out about delivery so i can keep my client up to date. Also send an email. No response at all. Dont know what to tell my client.

More concerned about wearing a mask than anything else.Been waiting 35minutes for assistance, 4 customers and 8+ employees on the floor.3 came to ask me to mask up and then they left us to wait.Not a great selection and low customer service excellence.Will update if anything changes.

Blown away by the fantastic service provided by Monique! We arrived, clueless, needing to find lighting for the house we're building. Monique took us in hand, explained the options, showed us examples, and then did a lighting plan for our whole house at no extra cost, with excellent prices - and then organised a courier to deliver the goods to us. She coped with multiple queries and adjustments. Cannot thank her enough. Way impressive.
