Unbelievably poor response time if you even get a response! No assistance with internet issues, inexperienced technical team and very blasé attitude when it comes to customer service. Would never recommend using them. 4 months now and I our internet issues have still not been sorted.

Such poor service... We almost never have connection. You can send emails to the support email address given but they never reply or call to assist. Our WiFi have been off for 11hrs since 19 April 2023. I cannot explain the frustration about this as I work from home. But don't forget each month they email us the full invoice which we have been paying for a service we are not even receiving!!!

Unprofessional and poor ethical values.I moved into my new house that had an existing fiber installation with Bundu. Bundu refused to release the line from Frogfoot in order for me to use my current ISP as the previous owner had an amount outstanding. I have no dealings with the previous owner therefore this behavior from Bundu is unacceptable and unethical. Please do not use this ISP.

Very poor speeds. pay for 10 Mbps line but only get between 2mbps and 5 Mbps on speed test. YouTube videos buffer every 10 to 15 seconds. i do not recommend this to anyone. 2 stars due to friendly staff and always try to help

Very friendly and professional staff but very poor speeds on their Platinum" wireless package. Went for the Platinum package so i could play online games but it is unplayable due to the unstable internet connection. I cannot recommend their wireless packages to gamers
