Service was amazing but I'm so unhappy with the balloons. I collected at 345 and it now 1727 and balloons are deflating

The one on Robert Broom was better. This one was not so organized or as clean as the other one. Good educational toys

The service isn’t great the team are mainly standing around the counter chatting.when asked for help they give some direction and go back to chatting. Also bought balloons a few times that deflated on the same day. the one great thing is they have a good variety of supplies.

I ran to variety shop quickly on Sunday in the middle of a project in need of a permanent marker to complete my task. I bought one, got home, opened the packaging to find the marker didn’t work at all. Didn’t even draw one line, was completely dry. A total rip off and waste of time. I’ll go elsewhere for stationery going forward.

Love this place !! They have everything from gifts to art and kids toys and costumes , paint and the beloved chef set for my granddaughter that I could not find anywhere else! The staff are always so friendly and helpful !
