Buy the re chargeable lights but they do not stock replacements batteries and it cost more that the lamp it self...Then you told to phone places that does not stock it. Not worth buying Eurlox FS85 and FS86 lamps.

Shocking service. Waited 22 minutes just to collect a fan

With the current ongoing loadshedding crisis I bought two Eurolux LED Rechargeable lights. The lights have to charge 18-20 hours to be able to give you light for 4 hours... Do the maths. These lights are not worth a cent. There are much better brands available that only requires 4 hours charging time, not 20!

Worst pir sensor ever, you literally have to be ontop of it before it activates lights. What a waste of money. Wish manufactures would stop making junk.

Bought a insect killer unit at GAME earlier this year, when the unit stopped working GAME refused to exchange without till slip. Called Eurolux and a gentleman by the name of Kyle asked me to bring it in and when I did fixed it in less than 5 min. Great service, thank you Kyle.

5stars for Customer Service. I bought a light and only realised a few weeks later that it comes with a remote and the remote was not in the box. Went back to Brights and they contacted Arno. Not only could he supply me with a spare but he also hand delivered it to my house.Great Customer Service Arno. Eurolux customer for life now thanx to you.

I bought 4 large 60 LED units and 2 smaller 30 LED lights - each has a lithium ion battery and an effective opaque diffuser. As automatic emergency lighting during loadshedding they are excellent, especially as the low setting provides ample bright lighting for most situations without wasting battery capacity. The 3 position switches on the small units have a very good smooth feel, whereas the same switches on the large lights are less precise, but do work fine. There is a 12 month warranty. Design wise, vertical mounting is limited to the power socket on the left and the switch panel on the right, and horizontal mounting is limited to power cable on top and switch panel underneath. In the past, similar emergency lights have had large + plus sign cutouts on the back of the unit to allow the option of mounting 4 different ways. A drilling template would have made a huge difference, but unfortunately is not provided, and neither are screws or wall plugs supplied. Lastly, the supplied power cable is very short, and a longer cable would have been less restrictive when choosing exactly where to mount the light. Despite my comments, I am happy with these purchases.

Surprisingly good after-sales service! Bought a Eurolux ceiling fan about 1.5 years ago and the wood-effect paint / coating on the blades was coming off. I emailed Eurolux about the problem (after the supplier where I bought the fan never bothered to reply) and was expecting a negative response. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and after requesting some photos agreed to replace the fan - this was handled by one of their friendly technicians at the agreed time. Thanks!

Our Eurolux Solar spot light from Builders lasts a whole hour if we are lucky, despite getting a large amount of sun during the day. A waste of money.Sadly we didn’t keep the slip because we expected the product to last. Clearly not

Such bad quality. I bought 3 of the Cossano lights that you have to install/ build yourself. 2 of the bottom rings broke into pieces without forcing it in. I bought it from Builders warehouse but its a eurolux brand. I called Eurolux and told them what happened and the customer service was horrible. They told me to sort it out with builders warehouse. Bad customer service and bad quality products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
