Ohana Beauty and Wellness Day Spa

When we came out of the lift, the foyer had such a bad smell, not sure where it came from (spa/juice bar/pool) and that already started my relaxing experienceon a bad note. When we opened the door to the spa there was no one at reception. The manicure stations (close to reception)were left in a dirty, used state -why not clean up after you had a client? When someone finally came to the reception area I asked for advise on which facial to go with. I was just told (the most expensive option) but no reasons were given for why. So I went with something else- I would suggest proper training for your therapist so that they can give advise to clients on what is best for the clients face etc. When I got to the room it was okay but the towel I laid on was very damp and that made me uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper holder so it was all lying on the floor. (There was green slime or I am not sure what on a roll or two.) Felt very unhygienic. My Therapist, Maybe, was lovely though, relaxing music was also played which was nice.Ohana Beauty you can work on your hygienic, the smells, environment, temperature in the rooms (i was freezing), reception basics etc. Not sure if I will go back there the way I feel now.

Beautiful views, staff are extremely friendly and professional. Clean environment with good treatments available. His and hers mani and pedis and couples massages. Will definitely go back!

A day at the spa" has been a dream of my daughter's for a few years... finding the right spa

Stunning new spa location with a variety of services from nails, facials, sauna and steam rooms. Very relaxing ambiance with the 60 minute Swedish and the deep cleansing facial. Lots of opening specials and worth it to check out the additional sauna service. Nice products and friendly staff. Wish they had a steamer and more extractions for the deep cleansing facial.

Made a booking via their WhatsApp line as the website is down for maintenance and their phone lines weren’t answered.I booked for a facial and 60min massage - Booking was confirmed for 10am via WhatsApp. I arrived only to be told that the person I was speaking to didn’t make the booking even through they can see my conversation with them.No other alternatives were offered. Just a “sorry, don’t know what went wrong”. Won’t be back. Don’t recommend.

Went for a hot stone massage with Maybe and wow it was a heavenly experience. Maybe really knows what she's doing and I can reccommend her anytime. When you walk into the spa, it feels like you left earth and all it's worries behind. You will see me soon. Thank you so much for the great service.

Hands down the worst massage experience to date, sorry. Had a couples massage & the therapists were distracted, massaging with one hand here & there, and talking to each other the entire time. Should have walked out mid way without paying - what a waste of hard earned money.

Absolutely the best masage I had thus far in Cape Town, Grace was so friendly and the masage she gave me was heaven... what a lovely spa great staff so welcoming# thank you Ohana Beauty and wellness for the fantastic experience will definitely come back to this spa!

Sadly a very disappointing experience. We were 3 ladies and we all booked a massage and a facial. None of the treatments lasted for the advertised length of time, the massages were not as described and the facials were rushed and not relaxing. It felt as if the therapists just wanted to finish and go home.
