Price for car parts are very reasonable. Just make sure you have your cars vin number with you so you can get the correct part.

The place is very costly and the service they offer doesn't have any guarantee. Their labor charges (which are R500+ per hour) are hourly basis and obviously due to time factor there are high chances that the job will be not be done precisely. Even they will charge you for a quote (R260 per quote). I mentioned oil leakage problem to them but even after service the issue was still there. When I returned to them, they asked me that you have to pay more for the job. And surprisingly the amount they charged (about R2000) at this time was almost equivalent to previous. After a long argument, they finally reduced it to R1100. But I didn't want to waste my time and money again. The same job was done by another service center at just R400 , without bargaining and with guarantee.Plus, they lack communication, they will give you an appointment and once you go there with your car leaving your office/business etc, there will be no available slot. I faced it twice.I feel, this place is good to purchase parts not for servicing/repair.

Very fast and efficient and not badly priced and genuine spares and parts

Ordered a door from Best Parts. It was done all online. I was a bit nervous but it all worked out good. Dealt with guy called Farhad and the service was good. I received the door today in Cape Town and was in good condition.

Bought a H100 crank-Did 500km and crank snapped. Best parts will NOT refund or replace ???? Total rip off.PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Daylight robbery.

Top service. The sales man went out of his way to help me. It was his lunch break but he finished with me and attended to another customer. That's what i call service excellence and with a smile. I will buy all my Korean parts from Best Parts

Kevin is an astute business persons.My car broke in September 2021Due to covid no spares in south Africa. I purchased a used ppr. It started the car. Awaiting for spares.
