The shop itself is not too bad and the staff are helpful, but this is more an egg hatcher or a incubator than a shop. I've never been in a hotter shop. Next time I'll come shirtless. Or rather, I won't come at all.

Bought a pregnancy test kit. Followed instructions exactly but the device did not work. Took it back and was told that Dischem does not accept returns of pregnancy kits.I explained that this was not a return but that the item I purchased was FAULTY and I wanted a replacement or refund.Lady was unhelpful, will not be going back again.

Ordered my repeat prescription to be delivered to my husband's work as always. Driver refused to deliver, demanding an OTP which was apparently sent to my phone, which did not happen. Never needed an OTP before. Spent the night without my epilepsy medication due to the refusal to deliver. Still has not been reversed on their system so I can't collect the supply myself at a store closer to home.

This is for when you are trying to book an appointment - for a baby no less. You are on the phone for 9+ minutes getting passed around from person to person, and the clinical receptionist says she's busy with a patient. Then why did she answer the phone if she cannot speak? Only then does she ask what I want. How must I book an appointment? There are many people without jobs PLEASE HIRE COMPTETANT STAFF!

Dis-Chem Fourways Mall is so hot. The aircon has not been working for Months, managers just don't care. How must we as consumers enjoy shopping at Dis-Chem. Please do something.

Am overweight and rude staff member knocked into me hitting my broken wrist and didn’t even apologise. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend coming here.

What a bad expereince. Waited 1,5 hours for my daughter's vaccine with only 6 people in front of me. Information captured incorrectly. Then the nurse injected my daughter with frozen vaccine and she had to wait with needle in her arm until vaccine melted. Very different expereince since I went there last year . Will never go there again.

The 2 stars are for the Pharmacist France one of the Tellers Thato (these gentlemen are the only reason I will be coming back to shop here again)Either than that my experience here actually deserve no stars.I ordered medication from the pharmacy, and paid for it. Then when I went to collect they told me that the warehouse was out of stock.The teller told me they can't refund me without a slip. This isn't entirely correct. A payment or transaction can be traced using stock and date. And my dischem profile. The pharmacist had to go back to the pharmacy and get me a slip number. The old lady Christina (or somthing like that) super rude and directed all her effort to delivering a bad customer experience. Never mind the medication I could not get. I am disappointed in the level of disrespect some people deliver to customers. I mean if you do not like working with people, you should not be working at a customer facing position.

The shop itself is clean and neatly packed but oh my god it is so hot! There are no aircons working. Then on top of it there is only ONE pharmacist that is assisting with prescriptions. This is insane! There are six people sweating in line, waiting to be helped by one pharmacist.
