Love that the owner uses quality salon products and offers treatments that are not available at most salons. She matched up my roots perfectly despite the fact that it was my 1st visit.

I ordered hair products yesterday and they arrived this morning! So impressed with how quickly it got here during this time and in a beautiful cosmetic bag too! Many of the products are also in special. Highly recommend!!

What a pleasant experience and great service from the ladies. I showed up today and got told there was a special offer running. I will be returning here often. I was offered a refreshing drink. The handle on my super thick and long hair was gentle and professional. Definitely returning.

I took my mum for a cut, wash and set.We requested that the owner cut her hair and she agreed. When we arrived the staff was not communicating and unfriendly. Two ladies straightened my mum's hair at the same time, burning her sculp. After wash and set they said the owner left early and we must come back next week when we made an appointment to see the owner. The lady who cut her hair didn't know what she was doing. Overall very poor service.

I purchase all my kerstase hair products from them.Best part is they do free delivery and cod or card payments wherever you are.Just purchased my glam palm they where very helpful and informative believe me I asked lots of questions. They even showed me different type irons available and help me test them to make a decision.
