Bunch of crooksFirstly they charge u 4 a computer testing without any reports, they just give you a verbal result that your unit is faulty and offer you an exchange unit for an exorbitant amountI took an EDU unit for testing and was told the unit is faulty and paid for an exchange unit R2500 which was faulty and went back to them and was told very abruptly that they will give me an exchange unit and my guarantee was no longer valid as I have an electric fault in my vehicleThe vehicle went to a professional auto electrician and test proved there was no electric fault that existed on this vehicleThe outcome was that the fuel pump was the issue and no electric faultI had to pay R2500 for an exchange unit, if they provided a report with the fault I would have had no need to purchases an exchange unitR2500 is a lot of money for an unemployed elderly person to loose for lies from dishonest businesses like AUTO ECDI am so disappointed with this business and would not recommend them

If you ever think of bringing your business here, take my advice PLEASE don't. I brought in my ECU on the 6th of June 2023 to be checked for any faults and the Receptionist told me it will take 24 hours to have that done. Today is the 9th of June 2023 they still don't have answers, I am being told it is in the final stage of testing for 2 days!!! Pathetic service. They make empty promises of calling you back but they never do.

They were good and efficient. Unfortunately they could not douvh about my computer box but I met the son of the owner and he was honest and direct. Good and fast service.

The service is superb the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Whatever item you bring in for sample, they test it before. I absolutely loved the way they do things.
