Pool was dirty. No Wifi as advertised.Showers didn't work properly. No proper soap in bathroom.Towels were old can see they loosing the color. We asked for plates they didn't have. They battled to find to drinking glasses. Place needs a lot of TLC NO USE LOOKING GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE IS A MESS.

The staff is very friendly, the owner neglected the place,the towels are rough as cabbage bag,the bed feels like it's the back of a donkey,you cant even charge your phone .shem I feel sorry for the lady and the guy who are working there cos they try their best to make you feel comfortable with 0 resources they have.

The staff is so helpful and friendly, we were there for business and needed place to sleep. It was perfect for a quick night's rest. Very neat and clean rooms. The garden and pool just needs attention... Would recommend. Very affordable. Thank you.

One star is not low enough. I booked online and right after, I phoned to confirm my booking. The person I spoke to confirmed it was booked for me and that all was well. On the day of my arrival, I phoned to say I am going to be a bit late for check in as my conference ran over time. The gentleman I spoke to said it was ok, and that he would let the lady know I was going to be a bit late. On my arrival, I was then told there is no space available for me. I told her how I had called in advance etc, and she tells me she knows, but still doesnt have space availavailable for me any longer as it is over booked. I had to quickly find new accommodation as I was not from East London, now late in the evening and a huge inconvenience to my self. Luckily I was able to find suitable accommodation for the night, but I do wish to warn all people who may possibly wish to book a room here, that even a confirmed booking with this fine upstanding" eatablisment does not guarantee you a bed for the night."

They advertised having air-conditioning and internet which was not the case. There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom door was damaged and kept falling off the track. The shower was leaking which caused water pressure issues. If you don't arrange breakfast when you book and pay they do not assist you.

I was so not impressed with the place as compared to what I saw online. In the room there are no glasses for water, no cups for coffee, the pillows are dirty. No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling needs painting. The fan is dirty, even the wall is dirty. The headboard needs to be changed

The staff was friendly and always helpful. When my wife had to be rushed to medical emergency around 1:00, they easily helped.
