Nigel did a laptop repair for me while on vacation in Strand. He drove to my house to inspect the device, provided a quick quote and sourced specialist parts from overseas. Repairs were quick and very professionally handled. Was very happy with the overall service. Would highly recommend Heev IT for laptop maintenance.

Excellent knowledgeable, punctual and friendly service.We brought an older PC from the UK to give to a member of staff on our Estate. However wanted to ensure all our data was removed and it had latest software etc but did not have ADMIN login. No problem for Nigel took it away all sorted and brought back a few days later.Whilst he was here we mentioned some WIFI reception/speed problems we were having.Again no problem for Nigel, did some reconfiguration, recommended and later installed another transmitter, now have x3 speed and good signal throughout the house.Highly recommended for service but also great value
