What is the use of making an appointment if it's not going to be honored? Bad first time experience. I called in the morning to make an appointment to do my hair. The lady I spoke to over the phone said that there is an opening for 2 o'clock slot and it's available, so I made an appointment for that slot. I irrived there a little early to avoid being late, mind you I don't even stay around. The sad part is, I didn't even get to do my hair because I was told it was full! And I should wait for 3 o'clock for my hair to be done or make another appointment for the following day in the morning. Very unprofessional, I'm so disappointed cos I was looking forward to the experience.

A wonderful experience. Not only did I receive best value for money with my hair (Gugu outdid herself, the final product is better than the one I had shown on request!) but the staff was so friendly and welcoming I felt at home the entire time. Definitely my hair choice space going forth. Thank you!
