Complete and utter lack of customer service on the Administration side!! Dr on call Great service. They make you pay a fee before anyone whatsoever helps you in an emergency. Outrageous!!!!

The sisters in this place as nothing short of the rudest people i have met in my life and the simple fact is that we are the people paying theyre salaries. That being said not all the staff are as useless as the specific nurse i am talking about but thanks to her i will not give a good rating

This is the worst hospital or clinic ever, the nurses are severely rude and all the receptionist know is to sit outside and smoke. They are behaving as if they pay their own salaries and it’s is customers who pay them. My husband was sick and instead of receiving proper care and assistance he was served with nonsense and rude behavior.
