Purchased an item that was R34 discounted (was R1,135 now R1,099). Package arrived the next day (which was excellent service) but I then found out I had purchased the wrong thing and they unfortunately didnt have the correct item. They refused to accept a return of the unused and unassembled, still in the box in all its wrapping item (that I would personally return to them) because it was on sale". The site doesn't tell you on the product that it isn't eligible for a return. You have to go read the whole fine print document somewhere else on another link/click. The owner will simply email you this document without any explanation. When you ask questions you will be given some bogus excuse about the cost of the transaction through the website costing their business over R500
