Pathetic service and stock control. They stock a huge variety of baby items but they are not good at ensuring the stock is replenished. They did not have stock of an item that their website said they have in stock. I'm sure there was more stock at the back but the staff member was too lazy to go and look. You often have to search high and low for an employee who has the 'energy' to assist you. They should employ staff that want to work in a store that caters to the needs of parents and kids.

Disgusted that the store will happily make a sale but was unwilling to help a customer in need. I needed to change my daughter's diaper and staff did not help or try to accommodate me. Highly disappointing as the shop literally caters for all things baby.

This is for sure not the go to place to purchased as they refuse to refund on faulty products ND before opening packind u can see that it had an previous owner bad customer satisfaction as I made the purchase on 20 August 2020 ND returned for refund on 1september 2020 cos the product was only open by myself ND my fiance on 29 August ND we found te remote not working ND u could see it was opened previously
