Please people if you love your babies don't take them there. If I could have put up pics to show you how they have Slathered my dog. And still demand payment. My hart so sore to see her in pain. I wish I know were to report him.

Will never take my dogs to this place againCannot follow a simple instruction shaves and trims the dogs as he please and when you say this is not what you wanted he just replied “What do you want me to do, it’s not like I can stick the hair back” That’s not the point Sir, it just proves that there is no supervision whatsoever and if you can make a mistake like this you can lose my dogs!!! I told everyone who I know uses you and between us all you lost 12 dogs, but like you said “It’s not like you can stick the hair back“ right?

The owner and staff really care for animals and did exactly as i requested. In fact the owner came to deliver my puppy personally as im wheelchair bound.

Johan is an amazing Groomer, he loves animals and my dogs love him. I have a big male boerboel that hates people, but when he sees Johan he acts like a small puppy. And a female chiweenie..I would always recommend Birchgate Doggy Parlour, they are the best.

The staff is very friendly and helpful . They shaved our dogs hair and gave her a good wash .

They did a great job with our pooches, great cuts and puppies were looking fresh. However they take very long. Dropped my dogs off at 8am and was called to collect a little past 4pm, my small dog was traumatised from being in a cage for so long, took me almost 2 hours to calm him down after collection.
