this company took my key even after paying and refuses to acknowledge that we have paid the guy that you deal with dose not even know who he sends out and when you enquirer about it he pays dumb the company also dose not sit at the pin drop it shows on the web site they are bunch of thieves and I will never recommend them to anyone unless you want to be done in

Terrible service. Wanted to charge me R2850 just to drill a hole into a steering wheel lock just to get it off, took 10min max. The guys first told me it was R350 for the call out wouldn't tell me what the labour charge was then told me it was R2850 for everything. I then negotiated the price down to R2000. I then called them to get the labour cost and call out fee, from their boss" they then told me it was R1000 for the call out fee and R1000 for the labour cost after I had negotiated it down to R2000. Would not recommend them

He Replaced my lock and gave me a 3 year warranty if there was ever a problem but the next day the lock didn’t work, so I called him to come fix the problem only for him to say no I’d have to pay and when I refused he blocked my number

An extremely bad service. Initially Given quoted me the money to replace barrel and ignition, the work was to be done at my home.The technician Sbu came. I requested to see the new parts to be replaced, there were no parts. The technician said from his assessment there is no need to replace, but to repair. He repaired on the 1st june 2022 paid the amount he charged, but by the 1st August 2022 I was experiencing the same problem. When I followed up for assistance Given answered the phone, i reported the matter to him and for him to send me the location of where they are based so that I can get my money back. He requested me to send him the invoice and proof of payment which I did through WhatsApp immediately.He never sent the location since then and blocked me.I called the technician and told me about the problem, he told me he in Durban and will phone back, he never did. I phoned him again after he failed to call me as promised. I became his laughing with negative attitude and arrogance. What a bad experience

Quick to come out with a R195 call out fee. Once on my premises they immediately started to open my car door without quoting. It took around 5 min after which they took my car keys saying I can have it back once paid. They charged me R1800 for the 5 min labour. It is extortion and I would recommend you stay away.

Not impressed at all......I requested an after hours call out as we had locked ourselves out of our home. I was informed the call out fee will be R195. I was requested to send a picture of the lock. Impressively the locksmith came out quickly. On arrival, he initially used a bank card and then that didn't work. He then moved to drilling on the lock and after a while I requested him to stop as this was not yielding results. I was then told I will be charged a cancellation fee of R500 over and above the call out fee. So, I was still locked out, a broken lock and then required to pay R650. Kunjani eGoli mara?
