Always prefer their chicken over the competition. I just wish there was a branch in Tokai

I had such a great experience with Steenberg Hungry Lion. I received the wrong order and the ladies walked to bring me the correct order. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Gr8 food. Better system required when place is full to give customers their food on completion. A bit more efficiency required in that department. Overall gr8 place.

Zamba Chicken was delivered steaming warm and fresh via the Uber eats app.

Ordered though Uber. Food was cold and item in my order missing. Will not supper again. Called the number on the slip and no reply | answer.

Waited too long for my order. Worse than Nandos Tokai

Ordered a big bite feast which was good. However there was no coleslaw and this was at 12pm. The service was very disorganized, counter is cluttered, only 1 person serving at lunch time, orders are shouted out very randomly and piles up before being given to customers waiting. There is no organized system and service is extremely slow. Very disappointed.

Dont follow order instructions and food was dry

im so highly upset i ordered on bolt food at hungry lion steenberg only for my order to arrive wet from probably laying in the plastic bag and i know its not the curriers fault because i tracked my food i work about 5 min away from hungry lion so it did not take the currier long to get to me and to top it off i ordered a cold drink with my meal but didnt get a cold drink with my meal now bare in mind this isnt the first time im missing a food item the first time i let it slide because yes people do make mistakes but not this time i then call the branch the guy who answered asked me for my order number which i gave him he then asked me to wait just one second please... to which i waited almost 5 min for him to get back to me i had to hang up because it was obvious he wan not gna get back to my call bladie pathetic customer service and horrible wet burgers i just wasted R221!!!! I CANT EVEN GO TO THEN TONIGHT BECAUSE I WORK TILL 6 BUT REST ASSURED I WILL BE THERE IN THE MORNING
