Turnaround time was quick, very unexpected to have my machine (ps4) fixed so quickly. He also explained thoroughly what the issue was and how to make sure we don’t experience the same issue. Would definitely recommend for all console needs.

Don’t waste your time calling anyone else!Highly recommended! Thulani was incredibly helpful & completed my repair well-within the allotted time (XBox One X power-supply replacement). Thulani was brilliant. He diagnosed what seemed to be a fairly complex issue with my PS5 rather quickly. He gave me the breakdown of what needed to be fixed and what it would cost. He kept me updated by sending me videos of them working on my console. He always picked up when I called him and was very friendly and professional. At the end I got my PS5 back running like a charm. He definitely knows what he's doing. I would recommend Console Repair Guy in a heartbeat to anyone who needs their console fixed.

this is the second time in 4 years I have sent in my Xbox to their Console Service Center, and each time the staff is well informed, friendly, and trustworthy. You can see they really care about their customers. Each time my Xbox 1 was sent back home (Witbank) in a prefect working condition. There are no words to thank them enough . I highly recommend them.
