Had a wonderful experience with Remax, my agents were Deon and Gorete Malherbe who run a tight team. I have dealt with Ines Neto and she is extremely pleasant to deal with and is really proactive. She has gone above and beyond to assist me with a rental and I would recommend her to anyone. They sold me a screen protector that I can barely function with. It's difficult to slide my phone, can't key in anything. For R200 with a screen protector that barely function. Never again shopping here

Lucia was very helpful and instrumental to finding me my perfect home. she took her time and listened to what I needed, spent time searching and making realistic demands to the owner getting me the best deal, also, maintaining the home, she is quick to respond and send staff that will fix what problem reared its head. Lucia Ngakane was recommended to rent our property in Houghton Estate. Under her care our apartment was trashed! The damage was approximately R70 000 work of damage. Both bathrooms looked like someone urinated all over and left it for weeks. Tap fittings were destroyed and built in cupboards were broken . Lucia then advised" that I do repairs. I complained to management but received no response. Save yourself a headache by avoiding Lucia Ngakane and Remax Advantage"

Estate agents push you for deposit and admin fee, promising things will be sorted. Once money paid - they come back with problems that they had said were sorted.
