We specifically requested and paid for a meet & greet with a petsitter to ensure our dog is comfortable and compatible with the sitter. We booked a stay for one specific sitter for the entire stay.After day 2 we merely received a Whatsapp confirming that a new sitter would take over. No profile was sent of the sitter and no proper handover and introduction were done. Needless to say, the sitter wasn’t compatible and we had to return from holiday early.The lack of protocol and disregard for basic safety (both from a security and liability risk) point of view is dreadful and unprofessional.
