I had the worst experience at perfect 10 Hatfield. I went to get an eyebrow wax and the lady ripped my skin off on both sides. I have always had my eyebrows waxed but never have I experienced such bad service.

Every time I get my eyebrows done at this place, they are uneven. The staff were not approachable at all and did not even greet us properly. They did not tell us to come in and lie down but rather expected us to do everything ourself without a welcome. Definitely NOT worth R75. From now I'll be going somewhere else.

Please train your staff. As a regular client, I will never go to the Hatfield branch again. The salon and bathroom are dirty and staff needs serious training. I am very dissappointed!!!!

Service was great but the service I paid to be rendered was terrible. I paid R880 for a mani & pedi (R380 for manicure). I paid extra for the gel because it’s apparently a strong which lasts longer l, I believed them and I REGRET IT! I did my nails on Friday, on Saturday they were already chipping and by Sunday they looked like they were done by a pre-schooler. Definitely not returning.

I was in your store recently has great service but I wasn't happy with the nails I did, they keep on hooking onto my clothing, and the presence of some Indian man who went in and out. I wanted to book for wax but had to cancel after I felt uncomfortable with him being all over the place.Before I walked out of your store did ask of him was told he is the owner of the store. He definitely needs to practice professionalism and not be ask who he might be.

Went in to the shop to find out about pricing so I could do my nails, they seemed uninterested in helping me, cause I asked for assistance or a pricelist they said prices changed Monday and they don't have a pricelist then just looked at me like they didn't know how to help no attempt at even giving me a overview or to ask what I'm looking to get done etc to give me an estimated cost... I turned around and walked out awkwardly... Guess they don't want to make money.... Won't be back

The only place I go to to get my gel overlays done on my own nails. The technique used makes the gel last longer and stay strong. No chipping and no breakage.

Friendly staff at the Hatfield store, however I did not have a good experience. The gel nails I did came off on the day and they were not neatly painted. I also feel like a better job could be done with facials - like explaining to customers what products they are using and why they are beneficial. I also did a massage which was not quite nice, the room was very cold and the lady’s hands were cold so I was in uncomfortable most of the time.

I am a regular at the Spar. Every 2 weeks I come in for my Sculpture Gel Nails from Charmaine and when she is not there I am helped by Otricia. Lovely amd lively women who I've trusted for almost 2 years now. Every experience I get with them is good and I leave the spar feeling satisfied with the service provided. My nails are always looking good and short as I love it.However I have been there lately and a new staff member an older lady is kinda off, not friendly and confrontational towards customers. As manager myself I can feel the tension from her from afar even if she doesn't know me. The type of person that kills a business..
