0/10. I walked out of the massage 5 minutes into it because the family were hanging out by the window of the room I was in. There was no relaxing music. They didn’t pre-prepare for me. Lack of professionalism. The lady that was massaging me didn’t ask about the pressure I prefer.

The spa treatment was good, however, a lack of professionalism was an identified gap I have picked. I was called out from a massage bed, 15min in, just to come and park correctly, yet they allowed me in, and the Thai lady was rude towards an African lady. That threw me off.

Terrible service and quack medicine. My wife was having a lot of pain in her back and they were going to do acute puncture. They stuck this needle over and over in one spot right above the lowest part of her back and made her bleed like a stuck pig. She brings this tray out to me and says look how thick and clumpy her blood is" . I say to her that don't you know that blood coagulated when it hits air. She didn't even know what the word was. That place to my belief is a happy ending place. The time I was sitting there man aftermath was coming in and out of the doors. Maybe I am wrong but there is nothing healthy about going to that place."
