Overall they have good service, Good service, they explained everything effectively and communicate timeously, their delivery doesn't take long and has safety measures, to ensure the delivery is delivered at the right place to the right personOn my first order they took a bit long, then they later indicated they did not have in stock the device I ordered , so had to switch to another option which was lesser , nonetheless I took it, to which it took quite a quick time after they confirmed the change of the optionmy second order I had lost my phone in a robbery incident and I was taken through the claim process and the claim fee which was a bit exorbitant with very high shippingfee as well. however overall they took roughly 7 days to deliver the new device. OVERALL ITS GOOD SERVICE FOR ME and i would be willing to work with them again

Their in store consultants at Eastgate mall, are very friendly and efficient. They are quick at resolve customer's queries. When my device was delivered, there was an empty screen protector box in my parcel and I don't know if there was suppose to be a screen protector in or not. Secondly on day my subscription payment was due my card limit wasn't set and I did not know they debit my card and not my account, so they could not do the debit order the same time but I set my limit minutes later and emailed them asking to make the debit.I was sent a link and was told I must make the payment which I did the same day it was due but still I could not use the fone until the next afternoon when the popup that prevents you from using the device disappeared. I was very disappointed as I made the payment the Same morning it was due but was not able to use the device.

Ordered and paid the required amount on the website for an apple watch, waited over a month for my order and I was sent an incorrect color of the Apple watch that I ordered. Upon inquiring they tell me that they did not want to tell me that I will be getting a wrong color and I will have to wait another month for a correct device. The communication is bad and you can't even reach them via phone. I don't see myself ever making an order here again. Already I see bad reviews of refunds, I guess we will see if I do get my refund.
