If possible, I would give a 0 star rating. I made an appointment for 10am on Sunday the 19th of May 2019. When I arrived, the store was closed. When I contacted the owner, she apologised and to my surprise, said that they only have an appointment at 1pm that day. Mistakes do happen, but for the store to be completely closed at 10am is quite unreasonable. Rather tell me that you're closed on Sundays or that you only open for appointments, however strange that may be. A few hours later the owner contacted me and said the ladies are there now" as if I am at her beck and call. She then changed her story and said that there was only one appointment made for 2pm. Do not waste your time

I booked to have my legs and arms done 23 November for Saturday today 27 November and was planned for 9am to come to me and wax my legs and arms.Zandile phoned me the night before 9pm trying to cancel, she then planned for 8am she arrived 8am, she had everything however she seemed to actually lack experience, left me inner thigh bruised and very sore. She ran out of wax and constantly made excuses. Leaving my wife to go buy wax and strips to finish her job! Absolutely apauling service, so disgusting!

Excellent customer service, and the massages are so therapeutic, I highly recommend this place, really exceeded my expectations, I'll definitely become a regular client.

So my boss decided to spoil us with a pamper as a treat :-) It's been a rough year so it was much needed!!! A big massive thank you to Vernon for coming to our office and setting it up so lovely and professionally with awesome service and making us feel pampered and relaxed. Charity is a lovely lady with amazing massage hands and attention to detail with painting nails. The mani, pedi and massage was amazing!! Thank you so much Trend, i feel like a new person :-)
