I drove over 300 km to pick up a part I had ordered (using a part number) and was assured was available only to find out that they don't even sell such said part

Very disappointed as a first time buyer , bought a clutch using a vin number and was given a wrong part which was not even complete , they were not even interested in replacing or exchanging it with the right one but pushed us to buy another set which we did however we found out later that it the clutch bearing was faulty but to our supprise they stil wouldn't take it back as they claim it's not their brand and need to consult with their supplier and suggest that I need to get a new set, I have spent 3x more to get a right set already, Buy at your own risk , rather buy at your agent as they will be accurate and still offer exchange .BIG TIME WAISTER MY TRUCK IS STILL STUCK 800KM AWAY FROM JOBURG SHOJLD HAVE NEVER TRUSTED THIS CLULESS COMPANY.CHEAP IS INDEED EXPENSIVE !!!!!

Yes this place is helpful when it comes Hino parts, but your prices are a bit expensive but keep up with your work and please keep ordering those parts for older Hino Kd s and fFFs

Tell the sales guy I have a Isuzu 6hk1 engine. I barely finish my sentance and Im told dont have stock. The guy doesnt even know what Im looking for and tells me they dont have stock. Hell would be better to just tell me you dont feel like working today. Pathetic
